Work
Two reports that arrive on their own
A client survey and the enquiry forms, turned into weekly and monthly reports.

The problem
A half-finished survey looked like no response. A client who left the family-law form at question three looked like nobody at all.
What we built
A weekly alert naming everyone who stopped halfway, each with a follow-up email already written. A monthly dashboard. A testimonial bank that records what each client allowed.
What we learned
“My answers disappeared” turned out to be scroll position. The footer was moved. Only a person reading the responses finds that.
What the firm keeps
Both pipelines, the dashboards and the testimonial bank.
