Our tools, by job
- The receptionist routes calls and takes messages. It doesn’t advise.
- The content run drafts from named sources. A founder edits every draft.
- The finance page pulls our own numbers. Paul reads it first.
- The pipelines draft follow-ups. A person sends them.
Recording
- Calls are recorded so messages are accurate.
- Recordings stay with us and the platform that runs the receptionist, which doesn’t train on them.
- Say “person” and recording stops when a person picks up.
